 I call an extension, before the Dial (), I select the function 
CALLERPRES () as &quot;unavailable&quot; to link the extension comes as anonymous.
 </span><span style="" title="">But if I call a queue before the Queue 
(), I select the function CALLERPRES() as &quot;unavailable&quot;, but the
