And the 20k+ lines is where it's really hard to handle. The scroll bar is too small and I was wishing there was an easy page up or page down function maybe to it rather than using the mouse.<div><br></div><div>Thanks for the input.<br>

I use PUTTY 0.58 and have Window title and scroll control for 20K+ lines.<br>
It could use some improvements, but it is more than adequate for "green<br>
screen" control. The quality of Putty and many other applications depends<br>
on how you choose to control it.<br>

I haven't used Putty for several months and that was with a setup I'd<br>
made several years ago so I can't, off the top of my head, tell you how<br>
I did it; but I had the remote system's name or IP in the window title<br>
bar. It might nave been the name I saved the connection as.<br>

Look in the configuration under Terminal. Something like a %s and make<br>
sure the terminal type is either Linux or ANSI. Again too long ago.<br>
