I've had fairly good success with faxing using Asterisk + Hylafax.<br>
I haven't tried any of the built-in Asterisk faxing programs yet<br>
because I designed this setup before the newest revisions, when<br>
Asterisk + built-in faxing was not working well.<br>
What I do is run Hylafax on the same machine as Asterisk, and then run<br>
IAXModem to do the communication between the 2. There's a lot of<br>
documentation online about how to set this up.<br>
