I've opened a few bugs on ExternalIVR and added patches.<br>

The biggest issue is:<br>

[patch] ExternalIVR does not handle arguments in a consistant manner<br>
<br>
Basically, this optimizes and fixes several different ways of calling<br>
ExternalIVR. If there is anyone who is using ExternalIVR today and/or is<br>
willing to test these patches I would appreciate the help. I will be glad to<br>
provide any help or explanation needed.<br></blockquote><div><br>Using ExternalIVR is on my todo list as I'm looking for a convenient way to customize IVRs without touching dialplans.<br>(The main hurdle that kept me from trying before was my fear of missing documentation).<br>
