If the telco is providing the PRI then you need to tell them you want<br>
rollover on the PRI's. Otherwise, anybody calling across the PSTN to<br>
the DID number that is bound to the PRI channel is going to get a busy<br>
signal from the telco if that channel is in use.<br>
