If i understand correctly you need users to be able to dial in using a modem to your servers then you are going to share your internet connection with those who dial your server. So, no, it has nothing to do with asterisk... you want to be looking at wvdial for the clients (assuming they are linux) and whatever the equivalent server would be (don't know as i've never done it).<br>
