Danny thanks for your interest but I have solved it. At first it group must be asterisk:asterisk.<BR>
<BR>
solve process:<BR>
1- I killed process of asterisk with "killall -p "process ID""<BR>
2- I moved old .ctl file with "mv /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl.old<BR>
3- amportal restart <BR>
4- /etc /init.d/asterisk restart<BR>

asterisk is running without fault. And the file what you asked was in their location as you can see below. My asterisk version is <B>"Asterisk 1.2.26.1 svn rev 79171". </B>I have checked owner group and it seems "asterisk:asterisk". <BR>
