language decided your usage was not common and did not create a set<br>
of prompts that work for you.</blockquote></div></div><div><br>I'm using french.<br>I would say that in french french, usage is not to say "am" or "pm" when counting hours from 0 to 23.<br>(for instance, you would say "nineteen hours fifteen minutes").<br>
