You can get the costco phone and add an ATA, turning them into SIP capable. Adds the cost of the ATA.<BR>

The Siemens line is not generally available in North America, but they have a good number of SIP/DECT residential phones...at good prices in the EU & UK. See http://www.cordless-phones.uk.com/ for examples.<BR>
