<div dir="ltr">Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use to monitor a vendor doing remote support? <br><br>On the windows side things are typically done via screen sharing (<a href="http://gotoassist.com">gotoassist.com</a>, bomgar or similar) so at least you can see what the other end is doing. <br>
<br>In working with linux (especially hardware vendors for asterisk) they want ssh root access, but I'm nervous about giving someone free range to a box without any type of monitoring. What does everyone else do? (besides not give them access). Looking at something like screen sharing or recording, perhaps keystroke logging. <br>
