Thanks for the reply. :-)<br><br>Yeah. I need a service that's going to allow multiple channels eventually. Perhaps 1000 simultaneous calls through one number. I'm just doing my research now and it looks like I'm going to have to start getting multiple ds3s for this type of call center setup.
