So you mean have a script rewrite the MAC-phone.cfg file, correct? If I

do that, then i'll have to have the phone reboot (which i can do), but

that really isn't a virtual extension anymore..<br>

Either XML Web interface or dialable extention to alter phone info.

You don't have to force the light to start blinking.

During (/after) the login procedure tell the phone to resync

it's settings. Dynamically create the settings "page" with some

kind of CGI script on your web server, and just configure the

phone to use the new SIP account.
