Hi

I am trying to build reliable fax solution with asterisk, iaxmodem and hylafax. I am attempting to do this on Compaq DL-360 with 2 pentium 3 1.2 GHz (512 cache) and 2GB of RAM. I am using a Sangoma A101. After installing the newest zaptel and
wanpipe-3.1.0 beta I did zttest and it didn't give me good results:

99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586%
99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586% 99.975586%
99.975586%
--- Results after 14 passes ---
Best: 99.975586 -- Worst: 99.975586 -- Average: 99.975586

Sangoma card does not share interrupt with other device.
I am running on Debian lenny with custom
2.6.21.5 kernel with grsec patch. I configured the kernel with timer frequency of 1000 Hz, with RTC interrupts, and with enhanced real time clock support.
The question is what else can I do (kernel configuration or any kind of changing) to improve zttest?
Is it possible to built reliable fax service with this result of zttest?

I ask about the kernel configuration because I notice that each change of the modules compiled in the kernel improoves the zttest. (some changes making it worst) At the beginning I had
99.91%, and now after some changes I am getting 99.9755%.

Cheers

Andrew
