phone will only show the buddies key if there is not a call. This defeats the
purpose of using the buddies to see if you can transfer a call to another

ability to use the phone to see who is on the phone so you know if you can
transfer a call. Obviously web based interfaces work but that draws your
attention from the phone to the computer reducing effectiveness.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
