<div>Next question, does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of characters allowed for the hint? That may be what's causing the issue. I just switched to using the MAC addresses for all devices (as suggested in another thread, with -a at the end for line 1, and so on).

<div>I wouldn't even know where to begin to look in the code for this. I'm thinking that maybe I should just label the phones 1- whatever and then it would be SIP/1A for device 1, line 1, etc. </div>
