When I want to recompile zaptel with different echo cancelers, do I  need to unload the modules from the kernel before I hit "make install"?  Stop asterisk?<br>  <br>  What would the commands be and in the proper order, ie(Fedora Core 4):<br>  <br>  make clean<br>  make<br>  service asterisk&nbsp; stop<br>  rmmod -r zaptel<br>  make install<br>  modprobe<br>  asterisk start<br>  <br>  Is there any way to tell which echo canceler the current module is using?<br>  <br>  thanks<br>  <br>  <br>  <p>&#32;
