How can I get the external caller id to show on the polycom 501 phones.  Currently, when someone calls our office,&nbsp; we only see the word  "asterisk" in the caller id.<br>  <br>  This is our set up:<br>  <br>  VOIP(polycom)&lt;---------------&gt;Asterisk 1.2.4&lt;---------------&gt;PSTN<br>  <br>  Thanks<br>  <br>  <p>&#32;
