<div>I've never messed with FreePBX but a while ago when I first started messing with <a href="mailto:asterisk@home">asterisk@home</a> there were perl scripts in /var/www/html/admin/ that reloaded the DB. Try looking there & run the perl script, then reload asterisk. Why it's not doing it automatially... couldn't tell ya.
