<br><br>I'm very confused by the above statement.<br><br>What do you mean by "it keeps on ringing" and "machine never hangup" in<br>the same sentence? (No such thing as it keeps ringing and never hangup.
<br>Hangup occurs after answering, so if its ringing, it can't hangup.)<br><br>What do you mean by "flash signal is too weak"? (There's no such thing<br>as a weak flash. Sort of equivalent to saying a weak binary "1".)
