<div>If the incoming call is from a PRI with DIDs, you could just simply map the caller ID name to the company name (company name being the name of the company being called, this is opposite of normal caller id name) based on the DID. Or, you could also play a sound file containing the company name. I'm looking at doing that with queues. We have multiple businesses all sharing the same office/employees/etc, and I plan to have a queue for each company. When the receptionist picks up the phone, she will hear an announcement with the name of the company that the person called.
