Would it be possible to bridge two channels manually?<br>

Scenario:<br>
<br>
user1----chanA-----Asterisk----chanB----user2<br>
<br>
user3----chanC-----Asterisk<br>
<br>
At this point, I send reINVITE to user2, and want to<br>
bridge chanB with chanC and then tear down chanA.<br>
<br>
My goal here is to make user2 talk with user3 instead<br>
of talking to user1. Does anybody know an alternate way<br>
of doing so?<br>
