font-family:Arial'>There isn’t any activity on this PRI (that I’m
aware of) so I don’t think it’s truly congested. I don’t
want to call the carrier until I’m in a position to gather the necessary
data to debug. I’d like to debug this, but I’m not sure where
to go from here. I’d really like to see the raw data on the
d-channel but I don’t know how to activate logging for Q.931 messaging. (I
tried to find it on the Wiki and was unsuccessful.)<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
