Hello

I have a Vood vrg 121 (mgcp adapter) that I'm trying to register to my Asterisk but it doesnt work at all.
I have no earlier experience using mgcp devices I have just been using sip phones so dont be to hard ;-)

1) Do I have to do anything special to activate mgcp functionality in * or is that made by default?
When register sip phones you write "user id" for current sipuser like [121212] in sip.conf
In mgcp.conf I have just seen Ip-adresses in those brackets like
[192.120.0.1] , is there a difference between sip and mgcp when
registrating them

3) Below is my info that I have put in mgcp.conf, below are some rows
that I dont know what they do (what to put there) and I should be
really glad if anyone could tell me what they means.
I have set ???-"number" before that row I have question about

???-1 [121212]
context=wtlab
???-2 host=172.30.1.126
callerid = "John Doe" <123>
callgroup=0
pickupgroup=0
nat=no
threewaycalling=yes
transfer=yes ; transfer requires
threewaycalling=yes. Use FLASH to transfer;callwaiting=yes ; this
might be a cause of trouble for ip10s
cancallforward=yes
???-3 line =>aaln/1

???-1 Can I use current users id or do I have to have an ip-adress here?
???-2 Host, ip of current mgcp adapter/phone or? If yes I guess this
means that I have to change this if device is moved to another place (?)
???-3 What is aaln/1 ?

Thanks in advance!

Regards /D_S
