Lately, I've been keeping a close eye on an Asterisk box by staying logged
into the console for long periods of time. &nbsp;However, it can be very
difficult to know how long a telephone call lasts when this is all you
see:</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">&nbsp; &nbsp; -- Zap/5-1 answered SIP/SIP105-8e34</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">&nbsp; &nbsp; -- Hungup 'Zap/5-1'</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Did that telephone call last only a
few seconds because there was a problem, or a few minutes because there
wasn't? &nbsp;It's impossible to tell.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Is there a way to add timestamps to
each line in the console so you know exactly how long a call took? &nbsp;Or
is there another way of telling directly within the console?</font>
