I'm still having trouble accessing voicemail with the SPA-2002's,
here's what happens:<br>

SPA-2002<br>
-- Executing VoiceMailMain("SIP/7777-0255", "7777") in new stack<br>
-- Playing 'vm-login' (language 'en')<br>
-- Playing 'vm-password' (language 'en')<br>
-- Incorrect password '7777' for user '7777' (context = <any>)<br>
-- Playing 'vm-incorrect-mailbox' (language 'en')<br>

But here's what happens (sucessfully) on the SPA-2000's (setup almost
exactly the same way):<br>

SPA-2000<br>
-- Executing VoiceMailMain("SIP/5555-2e14", "5555") in new stack<br>
-- Playing 'vm-password' (language 'en')<br>
-- Channel 0/1, span 1 got hangup request<br>
-- Hungup 'Zap/1-1'<br>
-- Playing 'vm-youhave' (language 'en')<br>
-- Playing 'vm-no' (language 'en')<br>
-- Playing 'vm-messages' (language 'en')<br>
-- Playing 'vm-opts' (language 'en')<br>

Can anyone help us?

I had a similar problem with sipura and swissvoice phones whereby the phone
does not accept DTMF after the initial dial to the voicemail extension. The
above messages are generated when * does not recognise your input when asked
for the mailbox/password.
Look for a DTMF setting in the sipura webpage setup - it defaults to 'auto'
but maybe u should try experimenting with 'inband' - this also goes
hand-in-hand with the dtmfmode setting for each extension in sip.conf
