<P>I had the same problem, because the context I used for my FWD service did not contain the DID extensions.</P>
<P>For example, I added the following to my extensions.conf</P>
<P>[fromiaxfwd]<BR>include => ext-did<BR><BR>where "fromiaxfwd" is the context of the the FWD trunk</P>
<P>Also don't forget to setup a DID number<BR><BR>michel</P></DIV>
