Do you have Network Address Translation happening somewhere inbetween (router)?<br>

Sounds like RTP port mapping issue to me. NAT device seems to
learn about rtp ports slowly. In anycase more information is needed to
debug further. DO you have any protocol trace (capture etc)?<br>
