It sounds like web_hostname in your /var/www/html/panel/op_server.cfg is set<br>to your external ip. If you change it to your internal ip, I think you'll<br>have the opposite of what you describe. I couldn't find a decent solution to

In the latest FOP snapshot the web_hostname parameter is optional: you
can comment it out and it will just work from the internal an external
net.<br>
