Are you sure you didn't buy a refurbished model? <br>
I <u>hear</u> they sell a lot of refurbished equiptment, I've
purchased some of it myself. <br>
Everything I've purchased from them worked without issue. None however
came with an installation CD. <br>
A few things had to be reset to clear settings though.<br>
Anything I needed was freely available.<br>
Since you know how to contact Medatrix, perhaps you can download the
software or get a CD from them.<br>
