<html><head><meta http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html;charset=UTF-8"><meta content="Group-Office 2.13" name="GENERATOR"></head><body>Hi all,<br /><br />We have a little problem.<br />One of our customers has a problem with DTMF pass-thru.<br />They use GrandStream 286 devices to connect their pstn phones to asterisk.<br />everything works like a charm, except DTMF pass-thru. when they call an IVR system, they cannot select options because the DTMF tones never reach the IVR.<br />Normal asterisk voicemail works though. so it looks like asterisk is not forwarding the DTMF tones to the zap interface.<br />Is this a setup problem or asterisk intended?<br /><br />Regards.<br />Andre<br /><br />
