I use JFAX which I think is also known as Efax. <br>
If you are open to a new fax number anywhere else in the US from your
home Zip code, then it is free.<br>
Otherwise there is a quarterly fee.<br>
AFAIK, you can't port an existing number to them, but I could be off
on that.<br>
