<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>This is sort of off topic but maybe someone can
help. I have an asterisk server and am using a budgetone 486 fxs port
to connect to a 3com FXO port. I can call into the 3com just fine but
after the call ends, the port stays open and cannot receive any other
calls for long period of time until it resets.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Does anyone have any clue on how to release the
port after hanging up the GS 486 immediately? </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Also, this only works for calls from * to the
3com. How can I dial the other way around. the analog port is 750
and if i dial it from the 3com I get a message that says "invalid" ip which
baffles me. If i dial 751 which is a standart pots line then I get the
actual dialtone from the CO and can dial normally.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Thanks for any tips as I have searched for hours
and played with setting for just as long.</FONT></DIV>
