<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I was wondering if anyone had any experience with agent queueing on multiple machines, because of redundancy in our solution I'm not sure which machine the agents will queue to since they need to log in over zap channels, and which machine the call will come in on, is there a way to make sure that the agent has multiple appearances or otherwise unify the queue?</FONT></P>
