I observed a packet routing endless loop at:<br>

16 host-63-108-128-153.apid.com (63.108.128.153)<br>
<br>
This happened with traceroute from two distinct origination points. Seems
to have been resolved.<br>

I saw an over 12hr outage to Digium and IAXtel and I know it wasn't OUR
network so, they must have had some sort of problem.
