<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>1) Are you behind NAT?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>2) If the answer to (1) is Yes, then be aware that
if you have the latest firmware (1.16w) then you should choose the the
appropriate setting under "NAT detection". The "Automatic" setting doesn't seem
to work some of our customers behind nat. There are options such as UPnP and
STUN and you will have to choose the appropriate one.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>3) If you aren't behind NAT, then my guess is that
you have a codec issue.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>hi</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> We are using snome 200 IP phone
with *. It works OK. But after a period of time we can't hear any
sounds for any icoming or outgoing calls. I've got two of these phones. Same
symptoms occur to both of these( not at the same time ) and the problem remains
until the phone is completely rebooted. Don't know whether this's * or
Snomes' prob. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks In advance.</FONT></DIV>
