[asterisk-users] prproject

So I grabbed Asterisk 18.2.0 today and noticed that prproject is "not" part
of the asterisk tar.gz

Why is that ? I have times when some customers do not have internet access
to download "other" files.   The file typically has to be brought on site
with a CD or something.

Can the proproject be included ?
if not - where do I place the prproject so it does not attempt to download
and just uses it.
