[asterisk-users] IBM Watson Voicemail Transcription

I've been playing around with transcribing voicemail on my Asterisk system using IBM's Watson's speech-to-text API and I've found that it works better then I expected.

I was hoping to be able to enable this on a user basis and not all or none.  It appears that the mailcmd= line cannot be used on an individual voicemail box, at least my try failed

4155 => xxxx,Doug Lytle,dlytle at REDACTED,,mailcmd=/usr/local/bin/sendmailibm

Any ideas on how to go about limiting it?
