[asterisk-users] SIP URI call to specific country code

Hello,

Do you know if there are any e.164 country codes (CC) that provide a
gateway from PSTN reachable numbers to URI (SIP) for their whole range
?

The only example I know  is iNum (+883 5100 country code) Each iNum
number can be converted into an URI in the form of : sip:
8835100xxxxxxxx at inum.net.

Are they similar systems for other country codes? This would allow for
free calls to a whole country range, even if the endusers did not
register their number within enum.
