Chrome can play many audio files directly within the browser. We want to
play VoiceMail files natively within Chrome without downloading and
playing in yet another application.
You may notice these WAV files have an all CAPS filename extension
when asterisk sends them out.
Chrome 46 on Windows 7 still does not play GSM610
