OK, I'm __VERY__ stupid...
I can write two addresses, and the second is for pager and it does NOT  
receive the attachment...

00493511111111 => SECRET,John Doe,first at emailde,second at email.de

is correct and do what I want...
I'm very sorry, it's friday...
