[asterisk-users] 200 OK however still rinnging

Did some more testing, what we found was some calls work perfectly to some
phone numbers (ie, two way audio).
For other phone numbers in the UK we are getting 200 OK however:
1) We hear ringing in the handset
2) Call connected but not audio.

This problem is reproducible every time.

Our asterisk box is behind nat.
