Hi Steve,

When we have bindport = 172.x.x.14 then "netstat -udpln" shows the
following. When bindport is 0.0.0.0 then netstat shows it listening on
0.0.0.0 as you'd expect.

udp        0      0 172.x.x.14:5060            0.0.0.0:*
18114/asterisk
