Hello,
thanks for your reply.
So if I have 10 active channels I have 10 threads ?
How can I get the number of threads that Asterisk is now using or running under?

Asterisk is already multi-threaded.
Asterisk generally uses one thread per channel with quite a few other
helper threads.
