[asterisk-users] question about zapata.conf

it depends a little bit on the driver and asterisk version...
the safest way to become changes applied is to stop asterisk, reload the 
driver and than start asterisk again.

btw..:
zaptel ist outdated... you should definitely upgrade using dahdi drivers...
