[asterisk-users] IVR functionalities: saying the numbers, saying the date, ... etc

Hi All;

I need to use IVR functionalities in Asterisk, I am asking if there is a ready made thing for some IVR functionalities (like saying the numbers, the date the currency ... etc)?
