[asterisk-users] dial plan with hangup cause 34

This is a FreePBX question as the Asterisk dialplan is managed by it.

I suggest to use 'extensions_override_freepbx.conf' (details in
extensions.conf) and place there your modified [macro-dialout-trunk].
