Thanks for that - so its the Telco or ISDN equipment causing the issue?

(There are 3 of these units)

The boxes seem to draw some power from the connection but also accept a
power via a plug.
Maybe I should just plug them into the main power - What do you think?

The ISDN's are in use in an old Toshiba PBX so are 100% functional.
I can call the Telco but not sure what I can ask them to do.
