This message is output when the Playback+Record code waits for audio
from the channel. It has a timeout of 2 seconds. If no audio is received
within those 2 seconds then no audio was available and the message above
is output. On a functioning system audio is generally received every
20ms, or higher if packetization permits it. This could be a NAT problem
or something else.
