Dear Tariq;
Thanks for replying and helping.
A reporting for call center that showing the agents utilization, the queues utilization and to have a dashboard to know how many call are currently existed and the queuing.
About Elastix: where I can find it? Does it has reporting that is working with Asterisk call center.
