I have a very similar setup, but my Adit 600 is used to provide FAX 
only.  Voice calls are PRI.  And, my system hasn't been rebooted in over 
2 years.  It's been a while since I've logged into my Adit, but I 
believe it has logging.

The usual suspects for analog lines are bad cable, water in the telco 
equipment, Thunder storms.
